Alright y'all, I'll be in Hawaii starting tommorrow morning until New Year's Eve, so i'll be gone for a bit. The good news is, the fantasy football season is over after tonight, and all of you have wrapped up your seasons. Good job to ryan liu in our Illinois Fantasy Football league, who barely got in the playoffs as the #4 seed but made the most out of the opportunity and won when it mattered the most, during playoff time.
One interesting thing about his team was that he didn't have any of Tony Romo, Randy Moss, or Tom Brady, the guys who most people won with this year. Instead, he had Adrian Peterson, which makes sense for last week when he put up 20 points but not this week when minnesota laid a dud against the giants.
Anyway, it's also a slow week for NBA action also, so hopefully i won't miss too much while i'm away. However, Scott Skiles did get fired today ( on Christmas Eve no less, that's harsh) while rumors are flying about possible deals sending jason kidd certain places as well as larry hughes and even kobe ( although phil says that's very unlikely now).
Anyway, I'll be back and update everything that goes on in the following week the best that i can, but i'll come home and then be at the rose bowl for Illinois vs. USC on Jan. 1st! Yay!
